- Manage Sales Department Team at both the Downtown LA and South Park Studios.
- Oversee, meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators (memberships, packages, retail, usage and attrition).
- Must individually sell a minimum of $2,500 in new services monthly.
- Oversee Sales Department New Hire Onboarding and Training.
- Oversee in developing and implementing and maintaining an effective sales program.
- Ensure all Marketing and Fitness Department events, promotions and projects are supported by Sales Dept.
- Conduct telephone inquires/follow up calls/customer care calls (50% of your time).
- A special focus will be placed on Membership Type Changes, Product/Service sales and Special Membership processing.
- Lead OTF Studio tours with prospects, guests and members.
- Lead by example and greet members and guest promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience in our studio.
- Enforce all OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Ensures that all Customer Care systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Textellent Inquires (general and sales related), Guest Registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls and membership change requests.
- Provide and maintain five star customer service

- Must possess a team captain attitude and have a strong desire to help other people.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 2-3 years related experience in franchise operations and business development required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
- Franchise experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office programs: Office 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and AdobeSign
- Experience in MindBody, Textellent, Orangebook, Ring Central preferred
- Maintain active CPR/AED certification
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs
- Fitness industry experience a plus
